Plan for Ministry - Cycle 1

	Evangelism	Participation	Outreach and Development
Year 1	1. Identify up to 12 People Gifted for Evangelism (use various indicators & tools to identify these 12 people) 2. Train these 12 or less people for Evangelism. (regional and national Evangelism events, Stephen Ministry Training, Willow Creek Resources, printed programs, etc.)	Begin Monthly All-Church Fellowship Activities (various sponsors: CWF, CMF, Fellowship Department, etc)	Each Committee is assigned 1 month for Media coverage from/for the entire church
Year 2	The trained individuals are put in place to foster and lead Evangelism programs and training in the church	Begin Quarterly Nurture & Education Programs (2 fellowship, 1 education per quarter). Ex: DOCer Kay Bessler Northcutt spirituality workshop	Board Chair Identifies three (3) people gifted and capable for Public Relations in the media. This group becomes a standing committee within the church structure.
Year 3	Multiply the ministry: Each one of the commission trains another leader. Three (3) Additional Evangelism programs developed and Evangelism emphasis increases throughout the congregation.	Every Member of the church is participating in at least 1 small group (choir, bible study, Sunday school class, CWF, CMF, visitation team, quilters, book club, etc.) and serving in one ministry of the church.	First Christian Church is in the media at least 26 times in the 52 weeks of the year.
